Cambridge Science Park

Bidwells has been working with Trinity College Cambridge on Cambridge Science Park since the inception of Cambridge Science Park, the first and most successful European Science Park. Bidwells offer a whole range of services that has ensured the successful evolution of the park over its 40 plus years.

The park is currently 100% let, the first phase is now being regenerated with nearly 200,000 sqft of construction on site

The rent review was based on a core and shell basis and we achieved a 40% uplift on the previous rent which was agreed five years earlier.

Cambridge Biomedical campus

Bidwells and Creative Places have advised the Landowner and the University Hospitals since the projects inception. We have advised on the contract for Astra Zeneca to relocate its global HQ to the campus occupying an 875,000 sq ft site and securing other occupiers including the University of Cambridge and Abcam.
