This is an excellent role in which to begin your career – you will be assisting the Head of Landscape Architecture and Urban Design on a wide range of projects, giving you exposure to residential, education, commercial, urban regeneration and retail schemes.

You will take on varied responsibilities, such as conducting site appraisals, carrying out environmental and townscape assessments, preparing detailed plans and working drawings, assisting with the preparation of master plans and urban design strategies.

We have an opportunity for the right individual to join the Cambridge team The main focus of the Graduate Surveyor role is to provide support and assistance to the Fund Management team, undertaking the day-to-day management of a number of commercial properties/portfolios. This post offers the right person the opportunity to work towards their APC and become MRICS qualified.

The post holder will act as the key point of contact for the tenants and occupiers and be responsible for the day to day management of properties, with the potential to become involved in tenants' applications, the grant of new leases and liaison with both solicitors and clients.
