Project Execution Plan – A living project control tool
Bidwells Project Management team uses Project Execution Plans (PEP's) to ensure projects are completed on time, to budget and to a high standard. The PEP also allows our clients to have a continually updated document explaining what stage the project is at against predetermined objectives.
Bidwells PEP's (linked to our ISO 9001 accreditation) ensure that a structured approach is followed for all projects, including the review of our own service delivery and maintaining effective communications with the sub contracted services at the beginning, during and after contract completion.
The PEP sets out the defined roles and responsibilities, management procedures, lines of communication, construction and design criteria, health and safety, environmental issues, contractual responsibilities and the checking/approval of the procedures required.
The PEP becomes a living project control tool from when it is created at Contract Award Stage. It is issued to all parties involved in the project, including the client, and is updated on a regular basis throughout the life of the project.
