Our international work spans several years across a range of consultancy projects including land assessment, advice on budgets, farming structures, distressed situations and recruitment. We advise and sit on the investment committee for three funds investing in farmland, operations and listed companies and advise on global funds investing in agricultural real estate and operations. We also have an interest in a pan European Farmland fund as part of a joint venture with a fund management partner which will invest in seven EU countries across both Western and Eastern Europe during 2009.
In addition, we have extensive consulting experience across the EU, including the management of farms in France, Hungary and Romania and have undertaken consultancy assignments in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. We are also active in the Former Soviet Union (Russia, Ukraine & Kazahkstan), Africa (Sudan, Ethiopia and Tanzania) and South America.
