Heritage advice and monitoring on behalf of the client to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the consented applications and to best practice.

What we did

  • Following unauthorised works we provided a Heritage Statement and submitted a planning and Listed Building Consent application on behalf of the client.

  • Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission were granted on 23rd March 2016 on the condition that we act as a Heritage Contractor to ensure all works are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the consented applications.

  • Acting as Heritage Contractor providing on-going historic consultancy and monitoring works.

Result

  • The property has been fully restored in accordance with the Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission.
