Bidwells were Instructed to provide Significance Assessment and Heritage Impact Assessment regarding proposals for two storey glazed rear extension and internal alterations throughout this Grade II listed 5 storey townhouse to support pre-application enquiry submission.

What we did

  • We undertook an assessment of the significance of the Grade II listed property

  • We provided heritage and design advice on alterations to the Listed Building and Conservation Area and on how to regularise the existing unauthorised works

  • We explained the planning process to the Client and Architect and provided support and guidance throughout the process.

  • Provided a Heritage Statement for the submission of a pre-application enquiry to the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea
