The team of RICS Chartered Surveyors at Bidwells undertake the full scope of professional surveys for landlords and tenants in both the private and public sector.Where we differ from our competitors is how we present this survey information to our clients. Each survey is accompanied by a comprehensive report highlighting defects, risk items or matters for further consideration. Furthermore we use the report to provide guidance and recommendations to enable our clients to fulfil their key objectives for the property.
The team is also experienced in undertaking large volume surveys for clients with multiple property liabilities in the public and private sector. We understand the need to be able to adapt to any existing computer programmes and provide clear precise information to allow our clients to quickly spot any potential problem properties and formulate a schedule of works.
In addition to survey works, Bidwells Chartered Surveyors design and manage any remedial project work that arises from a survey, providing a complete service and single point of contact for our clients.
