Whether undertaking works arising from a previous survey or by being instructed directly for Project Work, our RICS Chartered team provide a single point of contact for all design and construction works.
From the point of instruction our experienced staff will ensure our clients objectives are realised at all the key stages of the project. These include management design and budget formalisation, procurement strategy, contractor selection, onsite management, budget control, handover through to the conclusion of any defects and the contractor retention period.
The team has experience in all types of construction in various sectors, with projects ranging from small maintenance works, refurbishment and fit-out and restoration of listed properties to new build commercial, retail and industrial units.
