Currently working on Project Birchwood for The Technology Partnership, David is leading the delivery of 10,000 sq m single storey accommodation across three buildings which will form their new HQ. He has demonstrated his knack for problem-solving, successfully bringing the project to site this summer.

A key part of David’s role is to get to grips with his clients' organisation so he can make informed decisions throughout the project’s design and construction process. His innovative thinking helped deliver multiple projects with the University of Cambridge and BioMed Realty.

Approachable and dedicated, David loves that no two jobs are the same and works to ensure clients are happy from a project’s inception right through to its completion.
